Futursoft's order-routing service and electronic dispatches connect workshops and parts dealers directly: the order leaves from the work order carrying the vehicle's data (make, model, VIN, engine code), labour and product lines, and photos, so the dealer identifies the right part on the first try without extra calls. The returned electronic dispatch posts the parts back onto the work order automatically — even when a part was substituted with a better-available option.
