Collection of personal data on futursoft.fi

Vitec Futursoft collects only the personal data it needs in order to handle the matters it receives through the form on the futursoft.fi website.

Vitec Futursoft stores your customer data only for as long as it needs it for the stated purposes. We may therefore retain your personal data for a reasonable time after you contact us. When the data is no longer needed for the stated purposes, we delete it from our systems.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we store the name, email address, optional phone number and company name you provide, along with your message and the product you selected. The details are transferred to our customer relationship management system, where your enquiry is routed to one of our salespeople. We use the details only to respond to your enquiry and for any customer relationship that follows from it.

To prevent spam and abuse we also record the IP address and browser identifier used for the submission. These details are stored separately from your enquiry, are not visible to our salespeople, and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics lets us see how visitors use our website. The data cannot be traced to individual persons.

Cookies and what they are used for

We use cookies for three purposes. Necessary cookies do not require consent; analytics and marketing are loaded only after you have given consent for them. Before your choice, the site sends no requests to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or YouTube.

Using the site does not require consent: all content is readable also when you reject non-essential cookies.

Withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving: open the cookie settings from the button below or from the Cookie settings link in the site footer. When you withdraw analytics consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser immediately.
