New Futur version: quotes from all branches, secure invoices and more

The new Futur version includes over 30 improvements. Key new features ✔ Quotes from all branches. During a sale you immediately see whether the customer has received a quote at another of your branches, so the earlier quoted price is easy to check. To enable: turn on the setting Quotes from branches. Requires the Multi-store functions licence. ✔ Secure invoices to the State Treasury. The State Treasury will require a security classification on e-invoices. You can now send a classified Finvoice 3.0 invoice directly from Futur. To enable: agree on secure invoices with your e-invoice operator and select the classification on the customer card. ✔ Multi-shelf inventory in Futur. Count one shelf location at a time in Stock changes. The new Multi-shelf locations view lets you confirm the count, reset balances and remove shelf locations in one go. To enable: grant the rights to reset balances and remove shelf locations to those who need them. By default nobody has them. ✔ Card payment decline reason shown. When a Nets Cloud card payment fails, you see the reason directly in the payment view, such as an exceeded limit or insufficient funds. Changes in behaviour ✔ Internal Online orders: one purchase order. ✔ Open amount on e-invoices. If part of the invoice was already paid on site, the e-invoice and its barcode show only the remaining amount. ✔ Payment method kept for €0.00 sales. The sale is recorded with the selected payment method and no longer shows as Split in Sales management. ✔ Netvisor 2.0: same email for invoicing. With a new setting, the customer's only email address is also passed to Netvisor as the invoicing email. To enable: Advanced settings → Netvisor 2.0 → use the same email for customer and invoicing address if only one is filled → Yes.
