Support for active payment methods

Checkout, invoice and delivery note views now support almost all active payment methods. The payment methods are clearly grouped, which makes the sales and invoicing process smoother. The feature makes it possible to move sales and invoicing operations to FuturNX. Please note: financing products are not included for the time being.
