Electronic signature for the work order

When the customer brings the vehicle to the workshop, they can acknowledge the work order by signing it directly in FuturNX on a tablet, with a mouse or on another touch screen. The work order no longer needs to be printed in advance just for the signature. ✔ Signature from two places. The signature can be taken from the work order or from the action menu of a calendar booking. ✔ The customer sees what they are acknowledging. Before signing, the customer sees the vehicle details, the description of the work, the work and product rows with prices, and the total amount. ✔ With a finger, a pen or a mouse. The signature can be drawn with any of these. ✔ The vehicle is marked as arrived at the same time. The signature marks the vehicle as arrived, so a separate acknowledgement is not needed. ✔ Visible in the printout. The signature and the time of signing appear in the work order printout. The signature is optional, and the work order can also be handled without it. It is intended for acknowledging the work order on site.
